Civitas Urban Laboratory is developing an applied research and pilot initiative exploring how digital operational systems can improve residential housing transactions.

We want to find out
Through stakeholder engagement, systems mapping, and applied research, the project seeks to better understand information gaps, operational challenges, and opportunities for innovation across housing transactions and property operations.
