Civitas Urban Laboratory is developing an applied research and pilot initiative exploring how practical digital operational systems can improve residential housing transactions. 

We're testing how emerging technologies, digital infrastructure, and evolving housing practices may influence trust, transparency, and accountability within Alberta's housing ecosystem. 

Through stakeholder engagement, systems mapping, and applied research, the project seeks to better understand information gaps, operational challenges, and opportunities for innovation across housing transactions and property operations.
